Born in 1992, comes from Gdańsk in Poland, a graduate of Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow. She is a laureate of the Henry J. T. Doren Scholarship, the Marshal of the Pomeranian Province Scholarship and Rector of the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow Scholarship. In the years 2011-2013 she also studied Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk and Art History at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow.

 

Her paintings were presented at individual and collective exhibitions, among others, in Cracow (Pałac Sztuki; Galeria Promocyjna ASP; Wojewódzka Biblioteka Publiczna), Sopot (Państwowa Galeria Sztuki, Sopoteka), Debrecen (MODEM Centre for Modern and Contemporary Art, Hungary), Bielsko-Biała (Galeria Wzgórze), Warsaw (Galeria Stalowa, MNiSW), Kazimierz Dolny, Radom i Gdańsk.

 

In addition to painting, she engages the poster (constant cooperation with University of Gdańsk, cooperation with theatres such as Teatr Współczesny w Szczecinie, Teatr Tęczy w Słupsku, Teatr Polski w Poznaniu) and short, stop-motion animation.

 

She is olso stage designer in theatre (Teatr Współczesny w Szczecinie, Teatr Kochanowskiego w Opolu, Miejski Teatr Miniatura w Gdańsku, Teatr Tęczy w Słupsku) and stage designer in film (‘Breaking the fall’ directed by Lukas Baka in 3D technology). Her stage desigs  for ‘Chimery Afanasjewa’ were presented at the exhibition in Centrum Scenografii Polskiej in Muzeum Śląskie in Katowice in 2017 in the final of the Scenario Design Award J. Moskal.

 

Also she is involved in educational activities (theatre and art workshops with seniors and children in such institutions as Dom Pomocy Społecznej w Sopocie and Teatr Polski w Poznaniu).

  • The Marshal of the Pomeranian Province Scholarship in 2018.
  • Prize on exhibition Mały Zimowy Salon Malarstwa Młodych (II 2018) mention by Zofia Weiss Gallery, an award in the form of an interview for the quarterly Wiadomości ASP.
  • Prize for painting diploma Epiphany of Everyday mention by Towarzystwo Przyjaciół Sztuk Pięknych w Krakowie (Cracow Society of Friends of Fine Arts), II 2018.
  • The Henry J. T. Doren Scholarship in 2016.
  • The Rector of the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow Scholarship in 2014/ 2015, 2015/ 2016 and 2016/2017.
  • The Marshal of the Pomeranian Province Scholarship  in 2014/ 2015.
  •  Honorable mention by the Council of the Faculty of Painting for achievements in painting and drawing for the academic year 2014/2015.
  • Main prize for painting in competition Garden of paradise. Paradise painting, organized in the studio of Painting prof. Adam Brincken at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow.
